Through an age-old Mesoamerican technique, we soak the corn in lime to enhance its nutrients. The corn is then ground into masa using volcanic stones. Shaped into triangles, these mini tortillas are baked, fried in organic coconut oil, and seasoned with pure Kalahari Desert salt.
